unable find assignee for jira issue

Assignee was assigned to a jira issue.

1. We couldn't see assignee name in dashboard ,

2. when we search issue in "search issues" we find assignee field as unassigned , attached in screnshot.

3. when we open issue we can see user who is assigned .

Can someone help on this

Hello,

You can not migrate configuration through a CSV. You can only migrate issues and issue data.

Users, permissions, workflows etc is configuration.

The only way is to implement configuration manually in Jira.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
