I am convinced that there is a bug in the management of epics on jira and the reporting of the total working time. Because with what it costs, so much money, Jira, I can't find the function to sum up the total time of the individual tasks dependent on an epic, as estimated and as time then reported. As is the case for example between Task and Sub-Task. Have any of you encountered the same kind of Bug? Please don't tell me you need to spend a lot more money to buy a plugin that has to do a calculation function that should already be present in Jira ...

1. Go to the Board you want this filter applied to
2. Click Configure
3. Click Quick Filters
4. Add a new Quick Filter using "status != Done"
5. Save the filter

Now if you go back to your board, you will see a new filter on the top. This will only show issues that have a status of anything except Done.

You should be asking your JIRA Administrator to create the Quick Filter while creating the board rather than asking Atlassian to include in JIRA, as default. 

If you still want to bring this to Atlassian notice then please feel free to create a ticket at https://jira.atlassian.com in the appropriate project and upvote and wait for Atlassian response/resolution.

Personally, I would not recommend though.
