I have an automation like the below where I only want it to trigger once when first assigned.
Why is it duplicating when I reassign?
With some Excel skills, you can create this report using the Better Excel Plugin. Just customize the default workflow report with this time metric. When you have that time metric, create a pivot table with the AVERAGE() function.
