My problem is very basic. Sometimes these keyboard shortcuts work for bolding text in the description of a ticket, and sometimes they don't. It's very annoying to have to manually click the Bold button (hey look at that, Ctrl+B just worked here, but not where I need it to) when I need to bold text.
I'm using Chrome. Can someone tell me if they're experiencing the same issue?
Workaround, when you click on the '+' and open up the Create Epic screen, click on the 'Configuration Fields' on top right and select All. It will show all the fields.
