openSprints() in jql shows issues belong to old sprints

Hi,

When I created a filter like this;

project = xx and Sprint in openSprints(), this filter shows the issues belong to an old sprint. These issues do not belong to another sprint. It is strange and cant find the reason.

Can you help?

Hey Deborah,

Under the User Management section click on the Edit button to the right of their name.

Then simply un-check the "Active" box and the user will no longer be active.
