We have hosted our Jira in our own data center at United States and we getting complain from China users that they are not able to load (with blank white screen) the default login page for login. Does the login page load call the authentication method directly? What could be the potential bottle neck causing the China user unable to load the login page?
Hi @Wong Ai Wa,
Make sure there are no network restrictions between the Data Canter and users from China. There might be a blockage for the JIRA port 8080. Make sure to allow it to the public or at least the IP from where the users from China are accessing JIRA from
Cheers,
Jason
The Jira server is hosted in DMZ zone which allow port 8080 to communicate with any users around the world.

We are using the Jira LDAP for the China users to login. Does the default login page load the LDAP binding when it open before user enter the username and password?

Can you make sure the users on LDAP are members of jira-software-users?

Yes, they are members of jira-software-users. The question is they can't even open the login page. The login page is blank.
