I've created a cascading select custom field with a few options and their sub-menus. However, I'd like to add this option as well:Individual , and its sub-menu would be the users in the project.Is that possible?Thanks in advance

You'll need to find or write a new field type to do that, Jira's cascading select is just two options, not users or projects.
