Hello, I am trying to create a user using java JIRA RPC SOAP client but i got this error !! assignee name in filter query changes to numbers

When I assigne = name , it automatically change that to assigne = qp9862308756248756

I saw that I need to check my prifile in id.attlassian.com but muy profile have both full name and public name ,

Any thoughts ?

"token" should be the token that you get after logging in to JIRA using the "login" method.

What should I do to get the value of the "token" to pass it as a parameter to the new uSer ?!
