We have integrated our Zoho Desk and Jira for customer tickets. However, the UI in Jira makes it difficult to click on the actual link (text field). Is there a different way to do this so we can click and it hyperlinks back to Zoho instead of being a text field with both the Zoho @# and link in the same text box?

It works perfectly when we receive an email. We'd like it to work just like this...

Hi @Stany,  Assuming the JIRA Admin has enabled " Time Tracking" feature and the user that has logged the original work log entry has the following permissions:

Work on Issues,
Delete Work Logs, and
Edit Work Logs project permissions

the best way to edit the work logged on a previously added work log entry is to edit that Work Log entry to the new one, thereby reflecting the accurate time for the work completed.

Here is the Atlassian documentation reference - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/logging-work-on-issues-861257349.html?_ga=2.224336594.853808868.1538510345-824083769.1520364716#LoggingWorkonanIssue-Editingaworklogentry

Hope this helps!

Thanks

Kalyani

OK, Thanks, it works indeed. However, i was confused since the 'new' forms/view do not have the tabs bar anymore. Switching back to the 'old' view did reveal them. So it works now.
