Why when I change my full name or public name, it doesn't get the change? HELP!

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to change the full name and public name on this link Atlassian account

Even when the field is editable and I type the new name, it doesn't get the change, when I type the correct name, the field doesn't get the changes and is restored to the original value.

Hi @Unaitxin,

You can set how many attempts are allowed before CAPTCHA show up. In order to configure that please check below documentation

So, the capcha only shows up if they are failed logins?

Yes, either done personally or by automatic services (if you login remotely via some tool/app/script).
