I'm trying to change the full name and public name on this link Atlassian account

Even when the field is editable and I type the new name, it doesn't get the change, when I type the correct name, the field doesn't get the changes and is restored to the original value.

Hello,

You would need to change project notification schemes in your Jira Cloud. You should exclude this user from any groups, roles, which are defined in the project notification schemes.
