Why there is no "boards" navigation button?

I have no "Boards" button in my Project and that's why I can't add any new boards to my project... Can anybody tell me please how to fix that?

it happens in simple query:     project = ABC,

which results to list of ABC issues but there is also one issue DEF..

looks like this:

Yup, that's broken. Could you try re-indexing projects ABC and DEF? Or do a full re-index if that's not inconvenient

Could you show us the JQL of the filter you are using?
