Why is there a difference in the scrum board in 2 instances of JIRA?

I have 2 instances of Jira. I have created company-managed scrum boards in both. Instance A creates the "timeline" " backlog" and "active sprint" while Instance B does not. Why is there a difference?

Instance B also gives me the error, "The value 'CWDD' does not exist for the field 'project'."

By 'customize' what do you mean? If you want certain fields to appear on the screen you need to read the documentation on creating screens, issue type screen scheme, and applying them to the issues and project. If by customize you mean creating the select lists for the fields you need to look up creating context in custom fields.

You will need to make your custom fields, associate them to a screen and then create a issue type screen scheme that links those screens to that issue type.  The the screen scheme needs to be associated to the projects that you wish that issue type to have the customized fields on.  You can learn more here:
