Why are two issues displaying with no cards on a sprint board?

Two issues are displaying without cards, on a sprint board, creating two otherwise blank rows on the board.  Please help me figure out why, and how to correct this.

Hi Benny, 

if you want to prevent, that your user remove your field with the configurator, you have to make it required in your field configuration. 

Your users can't hide a required field with the configuration form.

Hi Benny,

The thing that you are asking for is a Screen.

You can define a Create Screen in a Screen Scheme for one or more projects. It means that when you are creating issues for the project that you've set the Screen Scheme, there will be always a set of fields (or custom fields) that you define on the Create Screen, so you don't have to add it every time.
