Hi all,
I administerd jira server for 8 years and now I am facing the migration to jira cloud. First of all I activate my free trial product. Now I am exploring the new platform and evaluating the first changes I have to set in my new platform in order to mainain some of principal settings of our old organization.
So I noticed that if I go in issue type I see only "Epic" and not the others type such as Task or Bug. And if I go in user roles (secure/project/ViewProjectRoles.jspa) I see only Administrator and not developers or user. Why I can't see the default values of the platform?
Am I looking in the wrong place?
Please help me!
It is hard to say if 500 users will log in and heavily use the system or JIRA will be open for 500 users and only 10-15 at the same time will use it. You can start with minimum requirements and then scale when you see any performance degradation. As a starting point please check this documentation
I think it is possible. Depends on what integration you would like to have and to which direction. JIRA have REST API and Webhooks triggers so you can do something with that.
As for mobile ..
JIRA is viewed on a mobile device via a web interface (optimized for mobile devices), not an app. Simply browse to your JIRA server's URL using your mobile browser to bring up the mobile interface for JIRA.

Jira Service Desk include Jira Core functionality you just need to manage users by granting them access to two products. More info
