Trying to create Swim Lanes, which seem to require a Next-Gen project type.
This video shows how to create a Next-Gen project. But my licensed premium-cloud-based Jir account does not show that option.
Here's what I see when I try that.
This is of utmost importance now for us. Spanish goverment made obligatory for every company to register start and end time from 12th of May and workforce inspection can ask for this detail anytime. For this we need to be able to print report which contains daily the start and end hours, or at least on task basis.
Any news how can this be done? Will this be added to tempo?
If I can't show begin date/time and end date/time on reports I can't use the product for similar government time reporting needs.

The data is there, this is just a display issue. Why is this so hard?

Was anyone able to find a solution to this other than ictime. I'm using jira cloud, and ictime seems to only do jira server. I am using tempo for time tracking and reporting, and I want the simple feature of reporting on start and end times not just dates.
