The documentation for the Cloud-to-Cloud migration mentions that the products on both instances must be the same but doesn't give any details on which ones are applicable. I know Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Jira Product Discovery are applicable but what about Statuspage and Opsgenie?
Even if you can test for the project I don't believe you can 'skip' a step. You need to have two transitions, one with the condition of project equals 'web' and one with the condition of project not equal to web.

Agree on this one, the condition states "The Field Project", so it is trying to match the value of the custom field. Depends on your field config aswell.

That project field was one of the options to use. Also if I check for project under the "Where is my field?" on the admin dropdown in the issue browser this is what it shows/says it seems to me this should just be working.

You are right, Sir, my apologies. Try finding the project ID and change the comparison type to option ID and insert the web project id there, you can find it in browser console. Let me know if it helped please, I wonder myself.
