I just have JIRA Software so I can't use the Approval option when setting up the Workflow. There are two approvers of Art tickets. When tickets are moved to Review, both the approvers need to be made aware.I have one set as the assignee and I was going to make the other a watcher. I couldn't find a way to make it automatically assign someone as a watcher when tickets transition to a certain status. I also tried making an Approver custom field, but I couldn't set up any notifications for it. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to make the outcome that both the leads for art are notified and watching Art Tickets that are moved to In Review, I would greatly appreciate it. :-)

Unable to upload screenshots to test cases in jira

I am trying to upload screenshots in test steps and it fails everytime i try to upload

Hello Lyndsay,

The best option would be the one you tried with the custom field:

- Create a 'User Picker (multiple users)' Field to add your users that should be notified

- Add the field to your project screens

- Add the field to your notification scheme:
