Unable to see the subtask card

Hi,

In my Active Sprint Board I used to view all the Issue Cards (Story, Bugs and Subtasks) but now I am unable to view Subtask Cards. I am not sure how it disappeared suddenly.

I have tried many ways to enable it but faced hard luck.
Tried with Card Layouts, Subtask Field (From Administration), Query Filters.

Please help me if I am missing anything.

Hi Rana,

I've checked that there is a bug related to this issue.
Just to make sure that it's the bug, I would like to confirm if the project name has a special character.
Can you please check and apply the workaround to see if it works?

Hi Angelica,

Many & Huge thanks, The issue is indeed related to special character, as the project name was starting with #. The issue is resolved now & I can configure reports.
