Unable to see project

I have created a company based project and created a group for the same and added users to the group, I have provided browse project permission and all other permission to that group, an individual of that group is able to access project via link, he is able to view that project and do everything in that project, but that user is unable to see the project in the project list

Hi,

If they are the same, Jira should not recreate them. Are there any errors/messages in your import-Log?

You can map them manually if you tick the checkbox for manual mapping.
