Time tracking date / time formatting

The date / time format for time tracking seems to be stuck on US format.

I've recently discovered I was using US language. I've switched to UK format and logged out and back in, but my date / time for time tracking is still in US format

12/2/2021 12:29 PM

How can I change this to be UK formatted 02/12/2021 12:29?

Filters can create any budy but to mange subscription user should have "Manage Group Filter Subscriptions" permission on global permission, check this doc to know about global permission

Filters needs to be confugured individualy or by Admin?

I guess subscriptions we can do it individualy

Any User can create & then share with required groups.

Subscription can also be configured by an user.
