The subquest becomes dependent on the other after linked

I need a subquest linked to another in the frame to become dependent (and move along with the other) and not be visible in the frame.

To send an email, you need to modify the notification scheme so that it notifies the right people when specific events happen, and make sure the workflow fires the right events.

Both of these require administrative privileges, so you will need to get your admins to set it all up.
