Hi,

I am looking for a test management tool to use with jira. we are a team of 60 people and we have a tight budget.

Can someone please suggest which is the best tool/plugin to use with Jira?

No.

JQL is for finding issues. Not reporting the data in them.

You'll need to find or write something that can "pull" the relevant data and display it.

It's not possible, like Nic wrote. But maybe this helps:

Mmmh, for me it works. If it doesn't work, try to search for "Transition report on all issues".
