Team Field Option Mismatch in Automation

I'm trying to create an automation that fills in the team for created issues.

However, there is a mis-match in the selection options, and I'm not sure why!

Below are the automation options:

Is this a permissions issue or ?

Is this actual? as I remember Dynatrace agent fetch good enough counters.

Hence the main thing is making the correct reports based on info
