Sync user field automatically by Json

I am trying to sync customized user field by automation. However, the Audit log shows error message "Error while parsing additional fields. Not valid JSON."

Following is the scenario, there are two projects Project A and Project B. Project A has a customized field (User Picker (multiple users)). Project B's issues are related to Project A's issue. When Project B's issues changed the assignee then trigger the automation. Project A's customized field will be added the user automatically.

Versions are artifacts of a single project. That is why you need an add-on to manage the same versions for multiple projects. Have a look at this plugin:
