Stories are NOT being displayed in my Kanban board

Hi. All the new Epics and stories that I have created are not tagged to my Kanban board. They are created under the same project but tagged to any board. How can I rectify this issue? Please assist. Thanks.

Dear Martin, 

1. Check if test email is sended
2. Make sure that you click checkbox "send email" or create user screen
3. Make sure that sended emails are not go to spam by your email server

Check all of that already :) not the first time I use jira.

Usually we have troubles with e-mail server settings. 

Try to contact your email server admin and check for sended letters.

There is no problem with the email server, I receive the email for my user, just new users dont receive it
