2 questions about status flow and permissions:
1. How do I limit the users that can send tickets from the status "Done" to "In Progress" or "To Do"? I don't want all users to have that option, as it will affect the developer's KPIs of the reopen count.
2. How do I create a specific flow for different issue types? For example, I don't want issue type of bugs to go "Backlog" but to "To Do", and the issue type "Reports" doesn't need to go over an approval process.

Currently, it's not possible to customize the sidebar, but if add-ons are installed, it will automatically create a link on the sidebar.
As this is a system configuration, we also don't have any feature request suggesting this.
