Start and Due Dates are not shown correctly in RoadMaps

I work in a marketing team and we are looking to implement Scrum as our agile method, as I was trying to build the roadmap, I've found that my task do not show the correct timeline.

What I'm seening is that every task I build just shows the purple bar as if the start and due date is the same as the sprint and not the real one selected which is usually between the sprint.

What should I do?

I'm having the same problem as Neal. 
Still extremely slow and not all functions are working properly (can load/create/edit comments). 

Will raise a ticket.

There were some performance issues with Confluence Cloud just yesterday - hopefully this will not go unnoticed :-)

After a couple days getting up to speed on Jira, I go to actually implement our first project today and the site is extremely slow. Taking 30 seconds to open the issues tab to create an issue, and everything else loading very slowly as well.

You may want to raise a ticket to Atlassian -  normally we get email alerts on any performance degradation of cloud services ( if you have subscribed to it ) - haven't received one today though.
