Server to Cloud migration

HI

I am trying to migrate from JIRA ON-PREM to JIRA CLoud, but running into issues with a custom ‘locked’ field migrating over.  

is the error due to the fact that the custom field is locked?  i cant even unlock it.  

what is the work around?

here is the error i get:

Hi Mike,

The reports are shown directly in the project on the sidebar.
You must go to Jira Settings > Projects > Projects > Select the desired project > Reports.
If it shows a blue sidebar, click on the  and you will be redirected to the page that shows the reports:

If you don't find the option, please, let me know what type of project you are using (Business, Service Desk or Software).
