We are considering to implement JIRA service desk
Please let me confirm one of the most concern point about Searching Thai language.
I would like to confirm that JIRA service desk allowed to search in Thai, since client will use Thai as a main communication.
Could you please clearly clarify different process ,how we can do to allow Thai searching between Cloud and Server version.

You may try this as Atlassian is providing the plugin for Thai language pack for JIRA service desk server versions.
