Hello everyone.
We have a custom field called "Procurement Initiator" which is a user picker field. Is there a way to send a list of tickets to the user selected in the mentioned field?
To be more specific I would like for each user selected as Procurement Initiator to only get tickets where their account is present.
Here is how the rule is currently setup:
NOTE 1: There is no JQL in the first component of the rule (Scheduled)
NOTE 2: If I were to add an email in the "To" section of the Send email component, the rule would work and would send a list of tickets with all tickets that satisfy the provided JQL in the Lookup issues component.
It is not possible to create separate rules for each Procurement Initiator since more than 100 users can be selected as one.
Thank you for the help.

Welcome to the community!
Related knowledge base links, SLA details, Votes, watches.
If you have been created project as Service Desk type and applied the SLA then obviously you will be able to see the SLA details.
Regarding Votes and Watcher we cannot hide those fields these are the default fields available on each and every type of Project like Business, Software, Service desk etc..
I don't want any of this. I just want to see the one field that I put into the screen definition.
System default fields (Created, Updated, Votes, Watchers, Assignee, Reporter) you will be able to see on each issue View screen.
If you want to see only one field then you create a screen and add that field that you want to see on issue view screen and associate this screen to view issue operation and add this screen to screen scheme and then apply to the project but this field you will be able to on details section and other fields(Votes,watcher...) are also visible.
If you define the view screen just to have selected fields, then this is all that's should be displayed.
Unfortunately, this product is unable to deliver this kind of functionality.
