Script Runner Behaviours not running

Hello,

I have enable the basic behaviours in the project and against some types.  But they are not activating.  It must be something obvious but i have read and googled and cant find out why its not working.  These are just the basic examples?

The new release involved changes to the permissions. It defaults to the lead of the team only having this permission. You need to go into the team, then into its permissions and add a new column or change yourself to the lead. I had this exact same issues with 3 of my project managers who share teams for development work.
