Hi Team!
We faced such an issue when a new SD project is created - there is a duplication of the issue type so Jira creates the same, but a new issue type for each new project. Also, the name of the issue type has a word [system] before each name, is it possible to remove it somehow?
Please see the attached snapshot.
If I understand right, if we create 10 new SD projects, Jira creates 10 duplicate issue types.
Thank you.
Dariia
Hello,
Are you on Cloud? Does your user have the Set Issues Security permission? Is the Security Level field available on the create screen?
Besides, do you (the current user) belong to any groups associated with a security level set on the project?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi,
Yeah, I'm on cloud. Permissions are OK, I checked. That is the problem - in the screen configuration there is such a field as "Security Level" while creating a new issue and all the schemes are applied to the project, but the user doesn't see this field during the issue creation, though earlier it was available.
Yes, the user belongs to the group.

Could you use the where is my field option to find out, why a user can not see a field?
