How can I reactivate a deactivated JIRA account

Rest API v3 Add Mention to Comment

I can successfully add a comment to an issue through the rest api, v3. I am now trying to include a @Mention to a new comment. I have tried @username, [~username], ~username, and [@username] to no avail. Is there anyway to include a mention on a comment though the rest api? I am currently using my own credentials to authenticate the api, I do have permission to create @Mentions.

Hi, Ron.

Open a support request at Atlassian Support and we'll help you with that. Please, log in using the same email as the one you created the Cloud instance, so we can match the users by email.

HI,

I am trying to submit a ticket to reactivate my instance but you require my SEN - I cant provide it as my admin account is deactivated - help?
