Hi,
I'm trying to set up an automation for re-opening a closed case after a new comment is added. I have an automation set up and seems to run fine but doesn't reopen the case.
Tried using this rule: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library#/rule/112182 but had no luck
My current rule and workflow:
Does the user have access to the project issues? Is he in the Users role and able to view issues?

Thanks for your reply!
Based on your input I found the solution. I found out that a issue security scheme is causing the problem that these people are getting different results based on their role. Assigning them to the appropriate role solved the issue.
