I am new to JIRA, and have been using it as a task manager for the past year. Recently, I had a number of team members join my organisation, and this exceeded my subscription model.
I have just logged into my JIRA account and all my projects/settings have been deleted. Is there any way of recovering this information? I have suspended access for a number of users on my organisation, which in turn has placed me within the free subscription plan.

To check the Issue please go to Admin --> System -->in Admin Helper section Notification Helper and provide the User, Issue and Notification Event ie issue assigned.
It will provide you exactly where is the problem.
Another way is to find out the problem ...open the Issue and click on More and select the Notification helper and provide the details.
I checked in notification helper it not showing any errors it saying that he can assign the notification but he can't able to get notification.
