Project Availability

Hello,

My project team was working in a project on a board and suddenly they all lost access to the board and project.  They are receiving a message they do not have access to the issue and can not access the project.  Any thoughts on what may have happened and how to recover the project and board?

I believe that the issue is related to a known bug that has been reported here:

• ID-6537: Sending emails using a custom 'Project Email Address' with your domain is not possible
