ProForma form and regular fields on Customer Portal

When we have a ProForma form and a few regular JIRA fields the users see on a Customer Portal first the regular fields and then the form

Is it possible to change it so that the form will be displayed first ?

For example we want users to be able to attach a file to the form. But it looks a bit strange when the attachment is at the top of the request and then the form is shown

According to the documentation it looks pretty straight forward.

Are you having trouble configuring it or are you just curious?

Thanks for replying! I'm finding many different LDAP documents for Crowd and some of them conflict. Please provide the link you found.

Hi!

I was referring to the documentation from onelogin regarding vldap:

https://support.onelogin.com/hc/en-us/articles/206444116-Using-the-OneLogin-Virtual-LDAP-Service

It has no references to Crowd, but it looks like a standard ldap server to me.
