Preformat a field for specific projects

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to preformat the Description field for specific projects. Specifically, I would like to add 3 questions in the Description that need to be answered. For example, when a user creates new Story, I would to prepopulated these items

Given [condition]

When [event]

Then [Behavior]

I started looking at ScriptRunner behaviors and Custom Script field but nothing really jumped out

you have to change the name of the epic in the board also:

Thanks for the answer. It is not plausible for me that if you create a new epic, the name is also shown correctly in the board, but if you rename an epic it is not. But your hint works.
