Overview of multiple projects

Hello,

We have three projects with scrum boards in Jira. Each project has its own backlog and sprints (which all have the same duration of two weeks). Since partially the same team members work in all projects, we want to have an overview of all active sprints of the projects so that we can see the workload for our developers. Is it possible to display all projects in one board, so that we can see all issues of the sprints in one board? We don’t want to work there with the issues we just want to see them.

Thank you!

After investigating more on why some Epics that were closed were displayed and others did not, I found the reasoning to be

  • If the Epic is closed and the Fix Version has been Archived it will NOT display

The plan will only show

  • Epics Closed with the Fix Version Empty (NONE)
  • Epics Closed with the Fix Version NOT Archived

Does anyone know of a workaround for it not displaying the Archived Versions?  For our Initiative are normally 6 mths to a year and I don't want our Release Versions to be "Released" and still available from the screen drop-down (Fix Version).

Thanks, Kathi

Hi @Kathi Paquet

If completed Stories won't have the Resolution, it won't show in the Portfolio plan but now sure how about Epics.
