I and my team are not receiving JIRA related emails on our domain email ex. [team member name]@romotics.com. Could someone check if our domain is listed in the suppression/blacklist list. Could you please take us off from the list.

One workflow can be connected to different workflow schemes and one workflow scheme can be connected to many projects. Have a look to which workflow schemes your workflow is connected and then you can find all projects, which will be changed, if your workflow changes.

I double checked that and it wasnt the workflow scheme. Turns out this workflow scheme was only being used for this project. The problem was this status was actually shared between many projects. So while I thought I was adding a status, what I actually did was place an existing status within my workflow and renamed it. This resulted in it being renamed everywhere.
