Missing Stories in Advanced Roadmaps (although other Stories in same Epic are shown)

Gabriela Browarnik

Hi all

I can't find some Stories in Advanced Roadmaps (AR) that are listed in the Backlog of the Board I am displaying in AR. I already checked Exclusion Rules (I set up "...completed Issues after" 999 days), I compared the Stories and they belong to the same Epic, same Team, same Sprint, same Component, same Statuses).

Any Ideas? Thank you in advance

One of your administrators went into a workflow and renamed a status that was used by other workflows.

To change it back, go to Admin -> Issues -> Status, find "ready" and rename it back to "done".

I would then consult the audit log to try to find out which admin might have done it, and help them to edit their workflow more carefully, without renaming status.

They can't, it's fixed.  But they can rename the status it uses.

The important thing here is that status arenot a function of workflow, they are a labelling system for the steps/status.  A workflow does not have any status in it, it says "when looking at this step, get the status information from the global list".  If a status is renamed, it's renamed globally.
