Hello, Our JIRA Agile Licence expired May 29th and we cannot renew it. Can you please tell me how to ? Thanks

Make Team Field Required

We would like to base our scrum boards off of the Team field surfaced in Advanced Roadmaps. Currently there's no way to make the field required so things don't fall through the cracks. Is there a way to make this field required so we can group by team in roadmaps and make sure we're not missing anything?

Sorry for lake of informations. By "cannot renew it" I mean that we don't have any button to renew our licence.

"cannot renew it" does not tell us what is going wrong. You should simply go to my.atlassian.com , log in, find the licence, click "renew" and follow payment instructions.
