Links between sub task and story not syncing to Structure

Hiya,

Within a sub task I've deleted its current link to a parent story, and added a new link in to a different story so that it is the child of this story. 

This seems to have saved within the sub task, however doesn't display correctly on the structure. It is still sat underneath the original story, despite automation.

Any ideas?

You can create a new workflow from scratch--> Associate the new workflow with the Workflow Scheme of your project(s).

To update the workflow across all the projects...copy the existing workflow which was currently using and add the two statuses that you wanna add and then associate this copied workflow to workflow scheme.

Apply this workflow scheme to the projects.

is there a way to update Resolutions? 

Do you want to update the resolution while closing the issue or what?

if yes, then you can put the post function during closing/resolving the issue.
