Labels not appearing for Classic projects in new Issue view

In the new Jira issue view, Labels only appear for Next Gen projects; they do not appear for Classic projects. Every configuration option we evaluate indicates that Labels should be visible, but they are not.

Code. 

You need to either find (or write) an add-on that process a field that only accepts integers,  or alter the way the standard number fields work by injecting something.   I would use script runner bahviours  to do that
