Kanban Board Filter Query

Rama Krishna Ravipati
September 28, 2023

I have set my Kanban Board to show "Accepted" items for 2 weeks. After 2 Weeks if i edit any of the accepted items (Apart from "Status" Change), the issue items reappear again on my kanban board. Would you please help us with the filter i can use not to show the Accepted items if there is no change in the Status. (Even though i might have edited the other fields for the accepted items, i don't want to show the Accepted items on my Kanban board"

your help is really appreciated.

Hey Adrian!

Is the project with limited settings created with the Agility template by any chance?

That template comes only with limited project settings as it's an independent project which allows regular users without admin right to create projects themselves.

I'm afraid that you'll have to create a new project (Not with the Agility template) and then move all the issues to that one, you can do this in bulk :)

This sounds like you have created projects of two different types.

Check the difference in the main project settings - compare if each one is Software, Service Desk or Business.  (If it's none of these, then it's an "individual project" and you can't change the type)
