Is there any default Jira template available for company managed projects? I can clone the issue but want to create a template from which I can create multiple issues. Please advise.

Thanks Daryl for response, however I have already browsed these earlier and these do not refer to issue faced by me.
In my scenario the Authentication from LDAP fails when the server is up and running from last 2-3 days with full RAM utilization.
Maybe I am guessing that is due to the fact that enough memory is not available to the JVM or something, as it shows the GCOverhead after some more time.
