Jira Automation schedule with custom field

Hi All,

My use case:

1, Jira has to trigger a custom comment on schedule date & Time ( I mean not like a cron Job) it has to run once when I schedule to my required time.

I have Jira software cloud & Jenkins on AWS & Integrated works fine if we comment in jira issue with custom comment Jenkins job trigger successfully.

2, Created a custom filed for Schedule and associated with project 

3, I created a Jira Automation to trigger a comment in schedule date & time ( No luck )

Basically I want to understand is Jira Automation will work on schedule time

I looked at that page previously and didn't find it helpful. Some images was would be nice. In any case, it basically states go to the closed sprint and click 'Reopen'. Except there isn't a reopen option available on the screen they describe. Do you have a more specific answer?

That is the right place but you are right the reopen sprint button is not working on my JIRA cloud as well. Must be a current issue with the cloud as it was working in the past. Will update if i get any more info on this matter.
