Issues keep disappearing

Hey, 

we dont know whats going on, but issues keep disappearing over time randomly, but in bulk. 

Today it happened again, a bunch, like 20-30 just vanished from the board. But if you go to "issues" you can always find them. Some days they are even vanished in this section. It just happens randomly.

And no, we dont have any Filters activated.

Can anyone help us?? :(

First of all you need to create custom text fields and assign these fields to your create screen.

Then, you need to create a Field Configuration and set these custom text fields required.
