Is there a convenient way to restore description from history?

I accidentally override the latest updates of my colleague in the cards,
since I got a draft that is outdated.

How can I restore the description to my colleagues latest update?
I checked in history tab but there no option to do it.

Seems like the attached images were auto deleted as well.

The only reference that I found about this error is indeed the bug that you mentioned.
Have you tried to use the workaround? Did it work?
